Where is my package? How do I track it?

Our website states shipping could take 1-2 weeks, but we are working as quickly as possible to get your items out before then. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been shipped. Please be patient.

 How do I correct my address?

Please email us your correct address and we will get it corrected in our system. Add ADDRESS CORRECTION to subject line of email.

My product broke, now what?

Every item goes through a thorough quality control process before leaving our facility, ensuring all items are intact and in good condition. However, during shipping and delivery items can be tossed or mishandled leading to something coming loose etc. Please send package back to:

 Be sure to add your packing slip in returned package or a note with your full name and order number. Once the package has been received by us we will send out a replacement to your address on file.

 ***Please note that all sales are final and we do not accept refunds or returns unless the product is damaged. This is stated on our website under return policy.
